Lighter Email List Text Colour

Samsung, ever the masters of graphics design and colour choices, seem to think dark-ish gray on a black background is a good, contrasting colour scheme in the stock email app (ie. Exchange accounts or POP/IMAP email).

Fortunately, for those of us with regular eyeballs, this modification will change the colour of the "dark gray" text nearer to a white colour, so it contrasts better against the black background, particularly when using the phone with low brightness settings.
