DeliveryNotify toast
The stock Samsung TouchWiz messaging app has an annoying "feature": SMS delivery reports are displayed as notifications with sound + vibration, making them undistinguishable "remotely" from a regular SMS.
CyanogenMod team fixed that ages ago by replacing the notification with a toast notification.
This mod attempts to do the same. It replaces the "Message Delivered" message with a toast.
