Eye Preserver 2

This module fixes the original Eye Preserver module to work with all devices. It should detect the light sensor of your device, and apply the changes.

Please read the original description below, for more information.

This module tweaks adaptive (automatic) brightness ensure comfortable use in dimly lit rooms. More specifically, the screen is made a bit brighter at ambient light levels below 180 lux. This is done by simply modifying the readings from the device's ambient light sensor. This means you can still make adjustments with the brightness slider on Android 5.0+.

The implementation is stupid simple, so it won't break anything or have any performance impact. At 0 ambient lux, 9 additional lux will be added to the light sensor's reading. This adjustment decreases linearly until 180 ambient lux. Above that level, there is no adjustment.

You can verify that it's working by using an app like Light Sensor. If it doesn't work on your device, it must be because of a differing light sensor handle – this should be easy to fix, so just let me know your device model.
