[BETA] XHFW3 - XHaloFloatingWindow renewed
This is a resurrection of famous XHaloFloatingWindow module that is not developed by zst123 anymore. He has the credits for the conception, base algorithm and implementation of the idea. This version was updated to have cleaner code, to fix some old annoying bugs and to keep the module match the android api at least till 6.0 version.
It is beta version and is known to have some bugs.
