Restore Input Method Animations

The Samsung Galaxy S4 was the first Samsung device to have the keyboard animations removed, the Note 2 soon followed with the 4.3 leak, I'm assuming it's also the same with the Note 3.

This mod restores the missing animations.

Compatibility:
This mod should work on all TouchWiz 4.2 and 4.3 ROMs.
Tested and/or speculating that it's working on:
* Samsung Galaxy S4
* Samsung Galaxy Note 2 with 4.3 leak
* Samsung Galaxy Note 3
