Restore notification ticker on Lollipop

Restore the notification ticker that was disabled. In Lollipop, notifications show suddenly as a new icon without any hint that a notification arrived (well, besides the icon).
There's heads up for some notifications, but some apps won't be updated.

This module restores that.
For anyone looking into modifying the APK, res/values/config.xml enable_ticker -> true.

Version 1.1 reverts the functionality even for updated apps, if you preferred the old behaviour of this module, stick to 1.0.
