Global S Health

Enable S Health measurements (Stress, SpO2, Blood pressure, Blood glucose, UV, OCR), which are disabled in certain countries.

Should work in all Samsung phones with S Health versions 3.5.1.0693, 3.5.5.0036, version 4 up to 4.8.1.0025. Compatible with Android 4.2.2+.
